Shipping
LTL shipping is set to a flat rate of $225.00 per student order. Liftgate fees may apply to residential deliveries.
These engines are required to ship via LTL not parcel. With the weight of the engine and packaging, only LTL shipments will ensure a safe delivery without damage. A dock for unloading is required otherwise lift gate service will be added for additional charges. Shipments can only be made to zip codes in the lower 48 states and Canada. If the shipment needs to be delivered to another address outside that area, please use the following address:

Prices on website will be in effect at time of order, excluding errors or omissions. All prices are subject to change.
Warranty Claims and Shipping Damage Claims
All warranty claims are to be filed directly with the manufacturer or with their designated warranty claim-processing center. Shipping damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier. We strongly suggest that you inspect all incoming shipments for shortages and damages to packaging or contents prior to accepting them from our designated carriers. Please be sure to note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s delivery documents and keep a copy for use in filing your claim.

Damages
All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with the delivery driver if possible. Contact a customer service representative at (614)456-3504 for information about receiving a replacement if your order is damaged or missing parts. All claims must be made with Ordertree within 10 days of receipt of your order.
