Shipping and Handling Charges

 

These engines are required to ship via LTL not parcel. With the weight of the engine and packaging, only LTL shipments will ensure a safe delivery without damage. A dock for unloading is required otherwise lift gate service will be added for additional charges.  Shipments can only be made to zip codes in the lower 48 states and Canada.  Shipping is a standard rate of $225.00 for lower 48 LTL service.

Damaged Shipments

All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with the delivery driver if possible. Contact a customer service representative at 1-877-500-7499 for information about receiving a replacement if your order is damaged or missing parts. All claims must be made with Ordertree within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
